Michael Oakley is a Scottish singer / Synthwave producer residing in Canada who is currently signed to NewRetroWave Records. His retro inspired, electronic sound made It's debut on the 2017 album California and 2019 album Introspect.

Oakley has worked with artists such as Ollie Wride, The New Division, Dana Jean Phoenix, Brothertiger & Scandroid.

His third album Odyssey was released in 2021 through NewRetroWave featuring singles Is There Anybody out There, Glasgow Song & Queen of Hearts.

In 2026 Oakley released Prologue, his third studio album via NewRetroWave Records.
